Michael is a Partner in BAL’s San Francisco office. He works closely with business immigration and global mobility specialists to formulate and enact company-tailored immigration policies. He has represented clients of all sizes, from Fortune 500 companies to local businesses, across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, business and technology.

Michael takes great pride in helping guide people through the complex U.S. immigration legal landscape, regularly providing advice to foreign nationals on employers’ immigration practices and procedures. He also consults with individual and corporate clients to provide legal recommendations and updates regarding ongoing case processes and governmental changes.

Prior to BAL, Michael worked for a well-established boutique law firm in New York advising clients on immigrant and nonimmigrant matters in the business, medical and scientific communities.

Michael is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
